Ericka is a professional organizer specializing in minimalism with extensive experience working on projects for residential and commercial clients. Her prior roles have included experience in retail at Lululemon, promotions and marketing for Rogers Broadcasting and a communications role in non-profit for The Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS).

Ericka enjoys spending time with her daughter and chocolate lab, karaoke, biking and travelling.
