Folkstone Villas

We’ve been more than happy to spend the last year+ with ironwood management. Our home is very spacious and the property manager, Adrian, could not be any better. Maintenance and repairs are consistently done in a timely fashion and communication is always clear and easy.

Living in the Folkstone townhouses has brought so many happy, peaceful, and wonderful memories. The landlord here is incredibly nice and very quick to deal with any issues that come up and the neighbours are so friendly. It’s a beautiful place and the sense of safety and security really being a peace of mind for my family.

Ironwood Management is by far the best appt company I've ever dealt with. I have been a tenant for over a year now and I am constantly beyond happy with their service. Adrian, Tara and Dean, the whole team is wonderful. They are all great at what they do and it is apparent that they truly care about their job and the tenants. Adrian is very professional and always gets back to me with any question I have and is always there to answer my call, help with whatever I need, big or small. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. The building is well-maintained and the price is unbeatable. Thank you guys for everything you do!
